TEACHING STAFF VACANCIES (FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024 - 2025)
  • 1. This is the ONLINE application and follow the given steps with utmost care.
  • 2. Read the instructions carefully and fill it up without any spelling mistake(s).
  • 3. If you wish to apply for more than one College or one vacancy (Aided / Self –Financing), even in the same College, you need to separately apply and pay for them.
  • 4. After filling up the online application form, take a printout, affix your passport size photo, attach the photo copies of the following documents in the order given below, and send them to the address given below. For each application, you must enclose a separate set of the following required documents.
    • 10th Mark Sheet.
    • 12th Mark Sheet.
    • UG Consolidated Mark Sheet.
    • PG Consolidated Mark Sheet.
    • M.Phil Mark Sheet / Degree Certificate.
    • Ph.D. Degree Certificate.
    • NET / SET Certificate.
    • Baptism Certificate (for Catholics & Christians).
    • Community Certificate.
    • Letter from Parish Priest (must be Original and received in view of staff selection- for Catholics only)
    • Experience Certificate (for both Jesuit and other Colleges).
    • NOC from the Jesuit College is required for those working currently in a Jesuit College and applying for grant-in-aid post only.
    • Challan/Pay slips/UTR NEFT receipts, as per the number of vacancies for which you have applied.
    • Original certificates and Research Publications will be verified for the shortlisted candidates during the time of interview.
  • 5. Application(s) along with photo copies should be sent by courier or be handed over in person to The Coordinator, Jesuit Higher Education Commission, St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirapalli on or before 23.03.2024
  • 6. To pay the application fee of Rs 500/-, for each post/ vacancy, kindly use the following account number.

  • 7. No Demand Draft will be accepted. Application fee is not refundable.
  • 8. Those who pursue the Second year PG studies cannot apply for the post.
  • 9. Application(s) without proper documents will be rejected.
  • 10. Appointment in the Grant-in-aid post is subject to the approval of respective University/Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education and Director of Collegiate Education. Till the approval, the appointees will be paid as self-financed staff.
  • 11. Timing of interview will be informed by your registered e-Mail.
  • 12. Interview will be held in the respective college.
