TEACHING STAFF VACANCIES (FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023 - 2024)
  • 1. This is the online application and hence follow the steps given in each frame.
  • 2. Read the instructions carefully and fill it up without any spelling mistake.
  • 3. If you want to apply for more than one College or one vacancy (Aided / Self –Financing), even in the same College, one application is enough and indicate the details in the same page. However, for each vacancy (Aided/Self-financing) separate application fee has to be paid and entered in the respective columns.
  • 4. After filling up the online application form take a printout of the same, affix your passport size photo, attach the photo copies of the following documents in the order given below and send to the address given below.
    • 10th Mark Sheet.
    • 12th Mark Sheet.
    • UG Consolidated Mark Sheet.
    • PG Consolidated Mark Sheet.
    • M.Phil Mark Sheet / Degree Certificate.
    • Ph.D. Degree Certificate.
    • NET / SET Certificate.
    • Baptism Certificate (for Catholics & Christians).
    • Community Certificate.
    • Letter from Parish Priest (must be Original and received in view of staff selection- for Catholics only)
    • Experience Certificates (for both Jesuit and other Colleges).
    • NOC from the Jesuit College, if you are working currently in a Jesuit College and applying for grant-in-aid post.
    • Challan/pay slips/UTR NEFT receipts, as per the number of vacancies for which you have applied.
  • 5. Original certificates, Research papers and Publications will be verified, if shortlisted for personal interview on the day of interview.

  • 7. No Demand Draft will be accepted; Application fee is not refundable.
  • 8. Those who pursue the Second year PG studies, even if you have passed NET/SET, cannot apply for the post.
  • 9. Application which is not duly filled in and not attached with the proper documents will be summarily rejected.
  • 10. Appointment in the Grant-in-aid post is subject to the approval of respective University/Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education and Director of Collegiate Education. Till the approval by the above authorities, the appointees will be paid as self-financed staff.
  • 11. Any correction to be made in the data, you may do the correction before the final print out.Those who are pursuing Ph.D. (Full-Time) can not apply for the post.
  • 12. The Print-out of the applications duly signed along with photocopies of the certificates should be sent by courier or handed over in person to The Coordinator, Jesuit Higher Education Commission, Arul Anandar College (Autonomous), Madurai-625 514 on or before 03 April 2023.
